It’s a time of reflecting and looking back over the first half of the year, to see how much things have changed. To look at what challenges we’ve overcome and what lessons we’ve learned (maybe the same ones again 😗)

AND to set intentions for the next half of the year. Which I think is superfuckingpowerful cos even if the first half didn’t go to plan, you still have ANOTHER 6 months to ‘sort your shit out’ so to speak 🤓✨

Here’s my summer solstice reflection steps that you can try tooooooooo 🥰 ☀️ 🕯️

😌1. SET THE MOOD: Light a candle or incense to create a relaxing ambiance and signify the start of your ritual 🕯️

🌱2. GROUND YOURSELF: Get into a comfy seated position, put your hands on your heart and take a few BIG deep breaths. Visualize roots growing out of your feet and deep into the earth, grounding you in the present moment.

🧐3. REFLECT ON THE YEAR SO FAR: Take a few minutes to reflect on the first half of the year. What have been your achievements, challenges, and lessons learned? Write down any reflections or brain farts you have about this time.

💡 4. SET INTENTIONS FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE YEAR: This is a fuckin fab time to set new goals and intentions for next 6 months. Think about what you want to create or achieve for the rest of the year. Write down your intentions, being super specific about all the nitty gritty details.

🌳 5. CONNECT WITH NATURE: Spend some time outside, get your bare tootsies on the grass and take in the beauty of how fuckin magical the world actually is. Take a minute to breathe it all in and truly appreciate being part of all the life that surrounds you.

🧘🏼‍♀️ 6. MEDITATE & VISUALISE: Close your eyes and visualize yourself achieving your intentions for the rest of the year. Imagine yourself experiencing joy, success, and fulfillment. Feel the positive emotions and energy as you visualize yourself living your best life.

🙏🏻7. FIND GRATITUDE : Write down everything you are grateful for, big or small and feel your heart grow BIIIIIIIIIIG and sparkly as you feel gratitude for all the good shizzle you have in your world.

📝 8. CREATE A PLAN OF ACTION: Finally, create a plan to achieve your intentions for the rest of the year. Break down your goals into smaller, manageable targets and create a timeline for completing them. And if you’re a procrastination queen, get an accountability buddy.
