Because having a strategy and feeling able to use it are two different things.

The Practitioner

What are you actually brilliant at? How do your skills fit together? What do you love doing, and what doesn’t belong in your work?

We develop your confidence in working with real people, alongside your session structure, ethics, boundaries and client experience.

So you can explain who you are as a practitioner beyond a list of qualifications.

The Business

Then we put the business together.

Who you help. Your offer. Your pricing. Your messaging. The foundations, systems and ways people find you and become clients.

You’ll test your ideas with real people as you go, then launch, learn from what happens and work out what comes next.

I’m Niki, The Feminine Energy Guide.

I started out as a bank teller. These days, I run a spiritual business, work with women through deep intuitive work and help practitioners turn their skills into businesses of their own.

Getting here involved about 12 years of courses, qualifications, shiny programmes and trying to work out how all the pieces fitted together.

I loved learning the work. But learning another modality didn’t automatically teach me how to build a business around it.

I’ve since built my own business to six figures, trained over 100 Reiki practitioners and helped more than 25 women start their own spiritual businesses.

My shamanic path is a huge part of my life and work too. I love the depth of it, and that connection runs through how I guide people.

SBA brings together the human, the practitioner and the practical business foundations I wish I’d understood much earlier.
